Premier's assertion that he is elected and the judge is appointed sounded like he could not care less what the judge had to say. He is going to do what he can to get his way even if he has to invoke the Canadian charter meant for more serious situations when normal legal processes are stunted.
It is almost as if he is administering the Premier's office the way he ran his private corporation, with little respect for the public that put him there. He seems to think that invoking charter to get his way is just like dusting off an old file from his father's cabinet. Yes why not? Who will object to it?.
